I build systems that scale, not just screens.

My background in engineering, product and design taught me to solve problems while respecting how people actually work.

When I’m not designing, you'll likely find me exploring yarn patterns, sketching ideas in the quiet hum of creativity.
I believe inspiration is everywhere—it’s just waiting to be noticed.

My Background

Hi, I'm a Product Designer currently at Harness, where I design for enterprise DevOps and AI tools.

I've taken a winding path to design—starting as a Software Engineer, working as a Product Manager at Baidu, and earning my HCI Master's from CMU HCII.

This unique path gave me ability to speak fluently with engineers, think strategically about business goals, and design experiences that handle real-world complexity.

With 5+ years in SaaS and developer tools, I care deeply about end-to-end experiences and building product systems that scale gracefully over time.

My Path to UX

My journey started as a software engineer working on a military project—designing a monitoring dashboard for pilot situation awareness. That's when I realized: the code was only half the story. How pilots interpreted information and made decisions depended entirely on design. Human factors weren't just important—they were everything.

I dove into human-computer interaction research during undergrad, then joined Baidu as a product manager to create real-world impact. But I quickly learned that product strategy without design craft meant building the right thing poorly. I could identify problems but couldn't shape the actual experience.

That gap brought me to CMU's HCII, where I formalized my design practice and learned to balance research rigor with execution speed.

Now at Harness, I bring it all together—engineering knowledge, product strategy, and design craft. My path taught me to bridge the gaps between disciplines, creating solutions that work for users, teams, and business goals. That multidisciplinary perspective is my superpower.
